The Streamline Tower team is headed by Patrick McCourt, CEO of Barclays North. Patrick has over 30 years of experience as a real estate developer. He has developed projects in Alaska, Oregon and Washington where his primary focus has been single-family residential plat development, new home construction and commercial construction.

Patrick is actively involved in the building and development industry. He served as the 1999 President of the Master Builder's Association of King and Snohomish Counties in Washington State and is a past Chairman of the Snohomish County Planning Commission. He is also a member of both the Building Industry of Washington and the National Association of Homebuilders.

In addition to Patrick, the Streamline Tower team consists of Dusty Allen (Project Manager). The Streamline Tower team recognizes the complexities of responsible development in an ever changing economic and environmentally conscience climate. We have and will continue to meet these challenges as a leader in our community whose passion for excellence is sure to set the standards to meet the rigorous demands of tomorrow.

In this twenty-first century, it is clear that we must all work together to achieve and maintain that delicate balance between the equally important goals of the environmental and development communities. Martin-Harris Construction is a general contractor based in Southern Nevada. They are licensed in Nevada, California' Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. They specialize in: design build; hospitality; office; healthcare; retail; industrial; public works/education and tilt-up construction. They are a premier builder with in-house services to include: detailed conceptual estimating; value analysis; computerize scheduling with self-performing capabilities in carpentry and concrete and an underground utility division.

Martin-Harris Construction was founded by Frank Martin. The company has been in business in Las Vegas, Nevada since December 4, 1976 and licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board in February, 1977. Since that time' they have received general contracting licenses and completed projects in Arizona and California. They are also licensed in Utah & New Mexico.

Since the company's inception, Martin-Harris Construction has grown in size and prominence in the Las Vegas Construction Industry (in 2003 their volume was $218 million).

Martin-Harris takes pride in the fact that they are not just a construction manager but have retained the in-house capacity as a contractor-builder to execute very significant segments of their projects with their own work force. Their experienced project managers, superintendents and skilled tradesmen are capable of controlling site progress as well as implementing stringent cost-control policies.

Martin-Harris Construction has been named in Engineering News-Record as one of the "Top 400 General Contractors" and is listed in Southwest Contractor Magazine's "Top 10 Nevada General Contractors." Martin-Harris has been approved for bonding for a single project up to $85 million.
